Rhyan Michelle Hunter was born on Monday February 07, 2005 at 5:23pm (16yrs) in Detroit Michigan. She was born to Rose Maria Hunter and Ronnie Lanier. Rhyan was an incredibly intuitive child, displaying a wisdom far beyond her years. She was extremely talented and loved to sing, dance and edit videos. She performed in many plays and musicals. For her elementary and middle school education she attended the “Marvin Winan Academy of Performing Arts” where her most prized performance was ‘Zazu’ in the play “The Lion King Jr.” Currently she attended the “Detroit School of Arts,” (DSA) in Downtown Detroit. Rhyan loved God and was very focused on moral responsibility. She was a joy to all who knew her. She was strong, brave, opinionated and smart. Her astute mind, and opinionated views gave her a powerful presence. She was very dynamic and outgoing, yet she could also be very sensitive, and loving. She enjoyed spending time alone just listening to music, singing and meditating. She enjoyed spending holidays with family, singing, art, doing activities with her little sister, talking on her phone with friends, watching her favorite television shows and laughing at silly videos on social media. Rhyan departed this life on January 21, 2022. She leaves to cherish and mourn her memory, her mother Rose Hunter, and father Ronnie Laneir; She also leaves her three sisters, Treanna, Rhani, and Roxie, as well as her brother Jacoby; Two grandmothers Vicki Harris (Angelo Harris) and Stephanie Morris (Kenneth Morris); Five aunts India, Rhonda, Kendra, Lauren, and Tiara; Two uncles Randal Hunter Jr., Martez Kelly (Carla Dorsey) her Grandfather Randal Hunter Sr.; her great grandmother Evelyn Hunter and a host of other family members and friends.
