I place my order on Friday August 29 @ 9:03 am. It was a memorial and memorial service on Tuesday September 2 @ 10am. When I arrived to the service no plant. The funeral director had to track it down and it was delivered after the service. This is the body of the email I received on Tuesday September 2 @ 8:50. I thought everything was good. I would NOT use this service again NOR would I recommend anyone else - and I told the funeral director that he should take a look at as this is a representation of them on their web site. It would have been nice to see a picture of what was delivered. The service representative I spoke to was very helpful and friendly. I did like the emails sent to keep me in the loop.
