His son comes to Kumon an after school program. One day Mr. Stewart called and spoke with the reading instructor to say he was coming to pick up Ar'Shon's homework. I misunderstood and thought he said he was coming to pick up Ar'Shon. I called him back and asked if he would do a huge favor for me and change my flat tire. He said he would. Later as students were clearing out, I realized Ar'Shon was not even in Kumon that day. Mr. Stewart came and changed my tire and when I realized he didn't have to come for his son, but came to change my tire I was oh so grateful. I would never have asked him if I thought I was taking him out of his way or didn't have to come at that time. I will never forget his act of kindness for a woman he didn't really know except the receptionist at Kumon where his son comes for reading tutoring. He will truly be missed as he always had a kind word for everyone. Your family will be in my prayers! May God bless and keep you.
