The sweetest ever! I have plenty of memories that I could share but there’s not enough time in the day. I was one of the baddest kids walking this earth in the 80’s and 90’s but I’ve felt that belt from my Auntie. She loved and treated me as if I was her own son. Aunt Barbara had the biggest heart ever when it came to showing compassion and love to anyone she every ran across. I can remember her making me my own personal pan of cornbread, saying that boy love his Auntie cornbread. The Liquor Basket was her place of work. I loved when my sisters and I got a chance to go up there because I knew I was about to get whatever I wanted from the store without hearing the word No, or put that back. I could go on and on with these stories but I feel like they’re safer between the two of us. I still hear your laugh and see that huge smile even though you’re not here with us anymore. Truly one of the sweetest human beings anyone can ever meet. I love you dearly and will forever miss you Aunt Barbara.
