I always remember Bennie with a smile in his heart, a jovial spirit. Most times I saw him , he had a smile on his face. But the times I saw Bennie WITHOUT a smile on his face, he still had a word of encouragement to give . One always left Bennie's presence the better for it.

What I remember most about Bennie is him singing in the Harbor Light choir Bennie loved to sing and serve the lord
2 Timothy 4:6-8 reminds me of.Bennie finished the course, he fought a good fight, he kept the faith henceforth there is laid up for him a crown of righteousness which the Lord gave him the day he called him home.

Hi Charcie, I just wanted to send you my heartfelt condolences for the loss of your love one. I did not know Bennie very well but I know that he was your husband for a very long time. I remember you inviting me to a Birthday Party that you gave for him. Myself and my then husband attended and had a ball dancing and eating at the Inner City Alano Club. I also remember each time the both of you attended Briggette & Alvin backyard cookout's every year. Even though Bennie was in a wheel chair, the two of you would dance together anyway. I thought that was so amazing and loving. All I can say now is, Rest In Heaven Bennie. You are in a much better place now. Charcie, lean on your Higher Power because he will get you through.

Bennie Frazier was my best friend. We were married for 17 years. He sang in the Harbor Light Choir. He was a Salvation Army Corps Sargent Major. He ran Roddy Staffing Service as a One man Show. He helped a lot of people work who had been unemployable. He was the only Dad my sons knew even though he didn’t Father them. He was always caring for his kids, Grandkids and everyone he came in contact with. He was a faithful Fellowship Member and served as Deacon at Fellowship of Love MBC. He will be truly missed.
