Travon Clifton
My husband was playing at Hartford Memorial during Easter 2022 when I heard Pastor Bork’s name to be prayed for. I left my info with hopes to be able to see him and thank him face-to-face for the sound advice he gave me 20 years ago about marriage and the importance of healing from childhood trauma. We didn’t call it that then, but I heard what the Spirit was saying through him. I didn’t have a father who opened up the way he did regarding the Word and the things of life so encountering him when I worked at CTN was always a joy. I remember when he met and married Vickie and his 3 sons came shortly after. I wasn’t there for the entire journey but I was aware that it was one of redemption. It was something that I wanted for myself and have been blessed to experience it. I wanted Pastor Birk to see what the Lord had done for me and my family. He has a much better view now of it all. My prayers are with the family. Thankful to have worked with him and witness God’s grace and favor on his life.
