Mrs. McClain was a very loving, wonderful, professional educator, and a genuine mentor. She opened up doors and gave opportunities for so many people. I'm one of those people she helped. I so grateful for her dedicated leadership and heartfelt friendship. I loved her and respected her to the fullest. I cherish the sweet memories of working for her as a third grade teacher at MAA. Brendolyn was my sister from another mister we always said. lol meaning she felt just like my very own family. Sweet personality, beautiful inside and out ,awesome smile, but most of all a strong Woman of God. I had the opportunity to be a substitute teacher for her 8th grade for 2 days and Loved it. She made the school a blossom of roses, not only there but where ever she went. Im gonna truly miss her and my family is missing her also.Rest in Heaven my sister Brendolyn.
