MR. CARL ANTWONE BRITTON

Wanting to share with y'all one of my favorite memories with my nephew Antwone. On this day I had cooked all day in preparation for what was to be "Our Family & Friends Day". Well, on this occasion my dear Twon and his guest arrives with one of the biggest, meanest pitbull I had ever seen. All of a sudden the kids and others that were outside start moving quickly inside thinking it probably wanted them for supper, lol . So, out I go prepared to send him, his guest and the mutt out on their butts. But then I go out and meet with my guests and I fall in love for I meet the sweetest, gentle and well-groomed dog ever and I learn again the value of an old saying "You can't judge a book by its cover" or a dog by its breed of size!

From the moment I heard we had lost our beloved Antwone I felt my heart literally break, as I 'm sure each person hearing did too. Our Twon wasn't perfect...none of us are but he had what I like to call a pure heart of lovable character. I will miss his smile, his laugh that I hear still and the heartwarming sound of his voice whenever he said " I love you Antee Candy! Back at cha' nephew.
