Kay, Keshaun's Mom
I meet Carole twenty years ago and she later became my daughter's grandmother. Through everything she was a beautiful person to deal with and will be truly missed. Thank you for teaching me the recipe to your pound cake.

I met Carole (Cookie) over thirty years ago through her cousin Ronnie. She coordinated annual trips to Las Vegas and I went on several. That family welcomed new comers into their fold and I eventually met and married her nephew Chris. I never referred to her as Auntie Cookie because she was more like a second mother-in-law. She made the best cheese cakes, not the cool whip-refrigerated cheesecake. She made the oven baked cheesecake, and she taught me how to make them. I never felt like an outsider in her home, and I counted it an honor when she asked for my assistance no matter the situation.
I will love and miss forever.

Carole was my Mom's twin where I get my middle name. I remember spending summers at her home. Going on trips to Canada. My aunt took great care of me. See was a wealth of family knowledge. She will be greatly missed. Now no more sickness or pain. Just enjoying the lord and the heavenly choir. I love you Aunt Cookie.
