Mr. Charles Darnell Demps' Obituary
Charles Darnell Demps was born to Charles and Lois Demps on November 17, 1959 in Detroit Michigan. He is described by many as “the coolest guy ever”. He enjoyed spending time entertaining family and friends. If you’ve never been to one of his backyard bbq’s complete with his famous bbq sauce, good music and a few rounds of domino’s you’ve truly missed out! He also enjoyed being in the water whether it be a local pool, or traveling to Myrtle beach. Traveling as a truck driver he was able to visit many different states and as a DOT bus driver he knew his city well! In his early life he enjoyed playing softball, he was a member of a band where he played the bass guitar, he was also member of Excalibur Van Club. He enjoyed good music, riding motorcycles, being the life of whatever party he attended and last but certainly not least The Detroit Lions were his favorite!
Charles was preceded in death by his mother, Lois Demps. He is survived by his loving wife Rhonda, his four daughters Bianca (James), Amber, Cierra, Tierra and his father Charles Demps Jr. His step-children Willie, Andrea, Charles, April, Jazmine (Kyre) and Chelsea. A combined total of 16 grandchildren. Just as he was he will always be, treasured forever in our memory.
