Condolences to the Suggs family. For many years our family was next door neighbor’s. Mrs. Suggs was an excellent seamstress and added beautiful touches to my daughters prom dress in the 80’s. The whole family was a pleasure to live next door to. Shirley Jackson

Although she's been an Ethel Street Neighbor for several decades my favorite memory of Mrs Suggs is when she played the role of Harriet Tubman in one of our USBC plays a few years ago. She was so dedicated to being realistic that she studied extra historic material to bring the character to life...and WHAT a FINE job she did! Mama still brings it up occasionally! Rest WELL & In Peace Dear Heart! Suzie, Arma and Earl we are praying for you ALL.
