I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Harmon for two years as a school administrator. I appreciated how he managed a double load of work. i met rick at a very early age, I had to be 9 years old, his sister Helen and my sister Sandra were best friends, and later on during our teens we played together on a couple of basketball teams, and later on we both graduated from southeastern high school in the class of 1978,and continued to be very good friends till this day, he had a great heart and was a great man, he will be missed by everyone who knew him.
