Frank was truly loved I had the pleasure of knowing him since I was 7 yrs old so I have been blessed to have 41 yrs of loving memories of him. Frank will be missed but loved forever nothing can erase his past life he had on earth. I know my brother Mr. Mikequlyn D. English,will miss his father Frank, that he loved very much and his wife and grandchildren will miss him as well. We will always remember him as he was LOVED.
