I'm sorry, but I didn't get a chance to finish my post. I may have exceeded the character limit. Anyway, Frenchie was the best man I ever knew. His layed back style and wisdom kept me in check and I learned many things from him. I know he is with the Lord and I look forward to seeing him again one day. May God bless you and keep you until the saints are called home at the rapture.

I just went on Facebook to check on Frenchie and am deeply saddened to find out he passed on July 23rd. I worked with Detroit EMS from 1987 to 1997. Frenchie and I were partners at Medic 3. Frenchie was also my best man when I married back in 1993. Please know he made a profound impact on my life during a time when I was struggling with my spirituality. I can honestly say he brought me back to Christ. I remember he was a big believer in the Benny Hinn Miracle Crusade. We used to watch together early on Sunday mornings. At first, I thought Benny Hinn was a sham but later became a follower myself. As a matter of fact, my wife and I went to Cincinnati on our honeymoon just to see Benny Hinn. It was there that we witnessed untold miracle healings and what it feels like to be slain in the spirit. My wife and I often thought about Frenchie through the years. As a matter of fact, I have a picture of him and Frenchie Jr. on my Facebook page. Apparently, Frenchie Jr. had just graduated from the EMS Academy. Please know he
I will forever remember our times on Griggs. How instead of moving away which he could have easily done, Frenchie purchased the home directly next to his Mom to keep an eye out for her. Truly a Stand-up guy and though he loved "hanging" with the guys he always kept God first in his life. We never know the impact of those who were prevalent in our lives untill they are gone. Rest French. Praying for his family.
