He was raised with love and care for others. He was an educated goal driven man. Chenier had an overwhelming desire to improve communities.

My memory of Lloyd was him standing outside my classroom watching me lecture. He had the brightest smile. It was like I was his son and I was giving my first lecture. He was so proud as we, the professors, gave our best to the students of Oakland Community College. I would like to thank him for his support. It was so important as a new professor to have the strength and confidence of the experienced professors as you stepped into the classroom. Every time I speak to a class, I will remember his smile. Thank you, Lloyd!!!
