My husband and I met Parks through a mutual friend in the home improvement business. We found Parks to be a genuine and fair man. He may not have felt his best at times but, always wore a smile and had a word of encouragement for you. He was friendly and talkative and left one with a feeling of knowing him for years. He truly loved his family and friends and will be truly missed.

I met Mr. Parks when I first moved on College Street years ago. I was newly divorced with two small children. He did a lot of the work to my home. The last time was when my son went to prom in 2012 and I needed some things done for his send off. I always appreciated him for the loving and caring man that he was.
Big Bro, the Lord blessed 7 out of 13 of us to find each other 19 years ago. I closed one chapter to reopen another full of blessings my mind still can't comprehend. I was blessed with a Brother that I share the same birthday with. You made my birthday so much more meaningful. You made my life so much more meaningful. Big Bro I know I always told you and tried my best to show you that love you, appreciate you, and am grateful for you. I'm truly going to miss you Big Bro. Although I didnt grow up knowing you, I am grateful and cherish every moment and every conversation we had within these 19 years together. I know I will see you again one day, but may your spirit, love, and legacy live on through us all. Thank you for helping me learn more about who I am. Thank you for your wisdom, your giving heart, your spunk, and most of all for being a HUGE park of my life, and your unconditional love. You are a great man Big Bro and words cannot express how much I'm going to miss you, but I am eternally grateful for our tradition and time together. I will forever carry you in my heart.
