Steve was a good caring person ,I worked for family many years ago when I was going to college. He will be missed ,Rest in peace Steve.
Deepest Condolences to the Olden Family.
Steve was so cool, he used to take us where my brother worked, the West Side Drive In Movie Threater. I always wanted to go where my brother worked especially to eat their junk food. Myself and other kids would get in the trunk of Steve's orange Volkswagen with the big tires, get inside the drive in and we all pile out, those were the good days, then straight to the concession stand. So Ronnie could lay those hot dogs and treats on me, it was so fun back then. I'm gonna miss my brother Steve Curtis Olden, he was a man with a genuine good heart!
I have another story, here it goes--->
Steve was like brother to me, I used to braid his hair, one day after I finished his braids, I started ironing my clothes for a sleep over.
Steve seen how I was all over the ironing board, he laughed at how I was ironing, then he said check this out, and showed me how to iron clothes the right way. I thanked him a hundred times for teaching me to iron. A Good Man! I will truly miss him!
Steve was one of the best friends you could ever ask for. He and my husband Ron grew up together and remained close through all of these years. He was caring, considerate, thoughtful and will be thoroughly missed. With his distinctive voice he always had a good word and a laugh to share. Ron and Lajeanna Turner.
It was so good to meet you again and I am so sad you left us. My prayers and condolences to the family and one day we will meet again.
A good neighbor, friend, and all around great guy. My life is the better for having known Steve. Rest in Peace. You will be greatly missed. Mr. & Mrs. Bailey.
