Valerie and I worked side by side at CBS for nearly 16 years. She was a wonderful colleague and a trusted friend. Every morning she'd ask how I was and every evening she'd wish me a good one; with rarely a sour word between. She was a wonderful colleague and a valued friend. She laughed at my made up words and assured me everything would be alright. Every single time I needed someone to.
My deepest sympathy to family, friends and everyone she knew. She will be missed.

My deepest sympathies to all of you. Valerie was my best buddy here at CBS. I have so many fond memories of her that I can't even begin to share....from the first time that I spoke with her to welcome her to CBS from Westinghouse to her retirement luncheon at Big Rock. She was such a wonderful person and I loved her - she will be missed but I know she's in a good place with our dear Lord...hugs and prayers to all of you....Love KJ
