As a daughter of the COGIC, I have many fond memories of Mo. Sheard. She knew me and my family very well. While a member in Mi SW1 she would always compliment my mother on how she and my father raised me and my sisters to be the women we are Friday. She never ceased to tell you how pretty you looked whenever you encountered her. She always had a word of encouragement for the young women. What I admired most about her was that she stressed Holiness and a sanctified life. As a young person, it is important we listen to and cherish the pioneers of the Faith. I am grateful for her life. Rest well Mother.
To the Sheard family: I send my condolences and prayers to you and your family during this difficult time. may your bond with each other bring you closer. always remember the Good times that you shared with her, how she made you laugh and smile, and what seeds she planted in each ones life in her own special way, she is very proud of each and every one of you. yes this may be a sad time for you. but rejoice in the for she is walking the streets of Gold wearing her pearly white robe, giving praises to God and shouting without one doubt because God is Jehovia Jeriah your provider for GOD said her Job is Through for God has the Final say so. the yellow candle is for GODS Glory.

Supt. Ethan Sheard you did a wonderful job at your mother's service! I know it wasn't easy. I have so many fond memories of your mother starting with Bailey Temple and on to Greater Mitchell Temple. I joined Greater Mitchell Temple because of your mother. I knew that being with her I would have someone who would correct me when I needed it. I knew that I would grow spiritually under her watchful eye. I knew that she was a woman of God that didn't go for any foolishness. She never held a grudge, but would correct you in love. Even as a child, I loved the way she dressed and carried herself. Whenever I visited her home I would go in the dinning room at look at her china cabinet and think no day I going to have one like this. When I bought my house the first thing I put in was a china cabinet complete with real china from Hudson's. She was a teacher, encourager, friend. I will always cherish her memory.
Praying for your dad and the rest of the family.
Good night Mother Sheard, I'll see you in the morning!
