Mrs. Annie Evelyn Collins' Obituary
Annie Evelyn Collins, affectionately known as "Lena," was born December 18, 1930, in Wetumpka, Alabama, to the late Oscar and Bertha Thomas. As a young woman, she moved to Ecorse, Michigan, where she lived her adult life and worked for 30+ years with Sears.
Lena transitioned peacefully on Monday, March 10, 2025. She was preceded in death by her parents, husbands - Cape Delaney and Doshie Collins, son - Clarence Thomas, and most of her siblings.
Lena will be forever remembered by her grandchildren - Michael Knox and Basia Marie Thomas, sister - Minnie Kendrick, and a host of nephews, nieces, and friends.
